We could go on for pages listing hundreds of accolades for Beckye Evans. If you want an intelligent, proficient and professional realtor who knows the real estate market from the beginning of the process until you close and thereafter, then Beckye is the only person you should consider for your own peace of mind. We had to move from Los Angeles to Texas and were clueless how we were going navigate the house hunting/purchase nightmare, since we were 1400 miles away at the time. From the moment we made phone contact with Beckye, all of our stress and worry immediately subsided. We had a strong sense from the moment we talked to her that her business acumen would never be an issue. She set us up immediately with a real estate MLS portal based on our criteria. The portal provided photos of prospective houses, prices, and complete specs. She very patiently spent hours on the phone with us with a high attention to detail. We exchanged many texts and emails with Beckye, as she familiarized herself with our needs, answered our myriad of questions, and was always very calm and responsive. She has been doing this business for many years, so she is very well connected to lenders, builders, home insurance agencies, etc., including people who can take care of your lawn and every detail in between to having someone change your door locks.When we flew into Texas and met Beckye she came to our first meeting very enthusiastic, and very well prepared. She had a binder for us with a write-up on every house we were considering. She is incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. She has the inside scoop on the area regarding existing homes or new homes going up, and that is how we found our dream house. She makes it a top priority to know every detail of each house, including what soil the house sits on and even how the house was constructed from top to bottom, not to mention if she thinks the house is overpriced, in a questionable area, etc. She will NOT leave any stone unturned to get you an answer to any question whatsoever. Beckye put absolutely no pressure on us to purchase a house. In fact, her entire attitude toward our experience was one of finding the perfect house for us and to ensure that we were happy and satisfied. ONLY DUE TO BECKYE, and we cannot stress that enough, we found our perfect house, and survived the process.
