After gaining acceptance to grad school at WVU, we found ourselves looking for a recently built townhome for the next four years. Since we were relocating from out of state, we wanted to make as few trips to look at places before we moved across the country. Enter Gayla. She was great. Her frequent and clear communication made us feel very confident that all our needs would be met. She sent us new listings as soon as they became available and recommended timing on when we needed to view listings and make an offer. Through email and phone calls we were able to narrow down our search area so that we could fly out for a weekend to view the listings and make an offer quickly. We both found Gayla to be very personable and friendly. Spending 4-5 hours with her looking at homes was both informative and fun. Once we found a place she went to bat for us and got the price knocked down a few thousand dollars! She even did the final walkthrough and held the keys for us to save us a trip.
