When we moved 1,400 miles away from Vicksburg and had our house on the market the following day, we never had thought that the selling process would be so smooth and stress free. We owed it to Lindsey Gilliland. Lindsey possesses all the good traits that home sellers wish from an agent. She is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, caring, personable, and excellent at communicating with us on every aspect of the process. She is simply an amazing realtor and human being combined! Throughout the process, Lindsey gave us valuable suggestions and recommendations. We got to know each other well and earned each others trust which is important because of our distance. Lindsey is well aware of the fair market price and really good in negotiations. Even though it was the slower months of real estate sales, our house was only out there for a month and a half before it found the right buyers. Lindsey took care of the entire process of selling our house in a special way that we could not be happier! We absolutely recommend her to anyone.

I Alvin Coleman, would love to share my experience as a first time home buyer with Brenda Love. The experience is definitely one my wife and I will forever remember. I must say that Brenda's patience , knowledge and her zeal definitely sets her apart from just any real estate agent. Being a first time home buyer, there was a lot I lacked knowledge in. It took my wife and I almost 2 years to come to an agreement on the property in which we now reside. We never felt pressured or rushed to purchase anything. I actually almost made a really bad mistake by moving forward on a property until Brenda and my wife did further research which resolved in saving us a lot of money and wasted time.Property after property, call after call, Brenda never became impatient, but remained consistent with much professionalism. Brenda also showed a great knowledge in the properties we visited. There was never a problem finding the homes and she seemed to know much about the history of the homes also.Finally, Brenda's zeal is a deal sealer! At times it seemed like I had given up and wouldn't find what I felt was reasonable, but Brenda always would go above and beyond my expectations. Brenda did enough research in what my wife and I liked until she was able to save us a lot of leg work by narrowing down the properties through our preferences. With this experience I can definitely say I believe Brenda loves this field of work and will definitely be of great service to one who in search of an excellent agent!
