I relocated to NC after being an Arizonian. I feel so blessed to have found Lee McConnell to work with on my new adventure to live on the water (after years of living in the high desert of AZ). Upon our first meeting it was apparent that I had made the right choice.....He was the most professional young gent I had met in a long time....including a wardrobe that showed his professional nature. He began with probing and asking question to gain the information that he needed to help me find the perfect home. Two days later we were in the car and on our way to look at homes. 1- He had 7 showings arranged 2- All on the water as I had requested 3- Each home was in the price range that I had informed him that I was looking for. 4- With no time to spare ---- Lee took me to this cute local cafA(C) for lunch that was quick as we had homes to see. So thoughtful and such a gentleman. We did not find the perfect home that day but I had no doubt that he would continue to search---and as of course he did. On our 2nd day out TA DAAAA--- There it was... The perfect HOME!!! He and I discussed our striates and knew that we had to move fast as this was such a fabulous home and it would not stay on the market for long... Thanks to Lee McConnell I have a stellar lake home that I love and enjoy. I feel like I am at a resort each day that I wake up and look out at the lake. Lee is a professional broker that listens and follows through with each time detail. This was my 8th home that I have purchased and I have to say that it was by far the easiest as Lee also supplied me with several contacts for various certified inspectors that came with credentials. Lee is a wonderful Broker if you are looking for someone how listens and follows through with each promise. Thanks Lee McConnell for helping me to find my dream home in NC. EMJ
