Melissa Rambin was referred to me from another Coldwell Banker Agent whom I previously bought 3 homes with. Her service was right on par with what I was expecting from that agency. She has lived in the Fayetteville area for some time, and has her finger on the pulse of the market. With her guidance, the first offer I placed on a home was accepted! This home was actually on the lower end of my budget too, so don't think she's going to try to sell you something that you don't want or need.During the sale she kept me in the loop and up to date on all of the inspections and other requirements. As a result of the home inspection, she helped me create a repair addendum that led to me getting a brand new roof! She helped me overcome a major setback, when my first lender fell through, and put me in touch with Lexie Rodriguez of Cornerstone Lending, who was able to get the mortgage secured in just a couple of weeks, a ridiculously short amount of time!After the sale she has continued to provide excellent service by providing me with a list of utility service providers and entertaining other requests, such as contacting the seller to get the list of paint colors that they used on the house.I'm sure I've left out a few things, but overall, I highly recommend Melissa, and I plan to buy with her again.
