I have listed my house with Barbara Pater and she is exponentially better than any Realtor I've ever dealt with in my life. She's very responsive and responsible, knows what she's doing and comes through in the clutch. I had an electrician replace my electrical box. In the process one of the workers removed and lost three $350 pendant lights. She went and found the owner at Lowes, had him go to University Lights and found some $750 pendant lights on sale for $350. He bought them, installed them in and didn't try to charge me a dime. Recently, I decided to replace my roof and she came up with a roofer who was using good looking Architectural shingles with a 30 year warranty and charged me $1900 less than the quote I got elsewhere. My house hasn't sold yet, but I have faith in her and I know that she's a top notch professional!

We moved here from out of state and were not familiar with the area. We had a general idea of where we wanted to live but depended heavily on our realtor to help us understand the market and the local nuisances.
