Austin got an appointment to see our new home, helped us make an offer, adjusted the offer, and let us know we got the house in approximately three days. Most importantly he added a no bump clause for a week. Our offer was contingent on the selling of our house, and we had not yet put it on the market. Austin came to our house and provided tips/staging advice to make it more marketable. One and half days later, his awesome photographer came and took fantastic photos! That evening Austin had put the photos on several media sites. By 10pm, we had at least 10 showings the next day. The first day we had three good offers. We met the following evening and had five offers to view. Austin suggested a multi-counter offer. It was a lot of work for him, but it made all of the offers comparable. It also required our buyers to get the required paperwork completed, dates in line with our schedule, and eliminated any weak offers. Three days after putting our house on the market, we accepted a great offer above the asking price. Austin was constantly in contact answering all our questions. His positive relationships with other realtors was very evident as we worked through the buying and selling of both homes. Austins knowledge and instincts helped keep competitors away from our dream home. The offer we made on our new home had been accepted on a Sunday evening. We accepted an offer on our current home the following Friday. Austin helped sell ours in five days! Two days it hadnt even been seen yet!! This was huge! We learned another family was waiting for our week to end and had a higher offer prepared on our dream home. We highly recommend Austin to everyone. From the first time we met with Austin, he impressed us with his professional demeanor. He was confident, encouraging and offered excellent suggestions to get the process started for the sale of our home. He informed us that a prior septic system ruling was no longer in effect and this was the hurdle that had discouraged us from listing our home for the past 4 years. His marketing strategies worked and we had an offer within 10 days of launching. When that offer presented an issue due to buyer financing, he delivered the news to us with poise and respect and moved us forward to 2 additional offers within the next 10 days. We closed on our sale yesterday and Austin was there with a great encouraging outlook and positive comments. We could not be more pleased with our entire experience. We also recommended Austin to our son who listed his home with Austin and has brought him a buyer with a closing date for his home in the next 2 weeks. Austin will be getting referrals from us to any of our friends and family looking to buy or sell a home in the future.
