Thomas was referred to us by a neighbor that happened to be his mother in law! Before we even had a chance to decide on who to really go with we got a letter in the mail from Thomas stating he would love to help us sale our home as his mother in law had passed along the news we were looking to sale. We needed to sale quick due to military orders. At our first meeting Thomas gave us more information than any other realtor has ever given us. He was not pushy and gave honest opinions and facts. He didnt sugar coat things but also didnt leave you feeling like he was judging you or your home so we were sold on hiring him. While we were in all the phases of selling our home (showings, offers, negotiating, closing) he kept in constant contact. If I contacted him he usually responded right away if not it wasnt long at all. He never made you feel like you were bothering him if you contacted him. He offered us boxes for packing that he had. All in all he was wonderful, friendly, professional, respectful and highly knowledgeable in his job! We are thankful his mother in law recommended him to us!
