We started looking for our first home with no knowledge about the real estate business. We were lucky to know about Andy. Andy started giving us several tours to different properties regardless of sunny or rainy days, daytime or nighttime. He was very patient listing to our stories and goals of our ideal home. After 2 months of writing several offers, we finally nailed the property that we really wanted. Without being the highest offer, we made it! Andy was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about what he does. He knew about our interest in this property so he tried his best to keep in touch with the seller agent for pricing and update our offers immediately to make it on time. All I can say is that if you're looking for a home, Andy is an excellent candidate for you! He is super knowledgeable about what he does. He will try gathering information to answer all your questions about the property. He watches out for pros and cons of a property, looks at its report to let you know all the significant details about the property in case you miss something. Andy is definitely the best agent in this field. I have recommended him to my relatives and friends. You can't go wrong in this market with Andy's help!! If we could give Andy 10 stars, we would. Buying a house in Silicon Valley in a seller's market is an intimidating task. Working with Andy alleviated the stress -- and made it fun. He is so knowledgeable, punctual, patient, and communicates clearly. We toured countless homes in numerous cities and made several offers through the house hunting process - Andy advised and guided us down the right path every time we had to make a tough decision. I highly suggest working with Andy - he is trustworthy, listens well, and has fantastic people skills. He has deep knowledge of the real estate market, and truly wants the best for his buyers/sellers. Andy constantly checked in throughout the process with houses he thought we would like, and at times he would literally drop what he was doing and take us to an open house because the offer date was looming. Andy has tips, tricks, and advice on properties that I never would have thought about until we worked with him.
