County area, in particular Carlsbad and La Costa, and her expertise and experience in real estate is invaluable. She is so familiar with the neighborhoods that she often knows in advance who is thinking about selling and whether there were potential issues in certain developments that we needed to be aware of. Lori is a savvy negotiator, well-versed on comparable market prices for the homes we considered and advised us well through the offer and counter-offer process. She was also helpful in recommending trusted and reputable local resources for inspections, repairs, renovations, mortgage loans and more.
