Lori is fantastic. I did Real Estate Agent shopping about 6 months before I was planning to relocate. Lori was the ONLY agent out of about 8 who continued to take an interest in me after I mentioned that I wasn't ready to purchase immediately. She asked all about my interests, my children, what I would be looking for in a home when I was ready to move. She asked if I'd like her to keep in touch and send listings that matched my needs and wants. About once a month or so, Lori would email just to check in and see how my moving process was coming along and how I was doing.You can bet that I turned to Lori when I was ready to seriously start looking for homes. She would send me listings and these listings were ONLY what I wanted. I said absolutely no 2-story homes and she never sent me listings on 2-story homes. Lori really listened to what I needed. When I was ready to look, I made an appointment to have Lori take me around to homes when I was in town visiting. I bought the first house she showed me, although we looked at several others. Lori really, really listens, takes an interest, and doesn't waste your time.I got a really good deal with minimal negotiations, had no issues with the sellers or the process, and ended up with a home I love. It's everything I could possibly want or need. Lori made it a point to check in with me to see how I was enjoying my home, if I needed anything. She has been available to me when I've needed painting referrals, landscaping, etc. Her referrals have all been top notch as well.

Lori and Bailee made our dream come true when they helped us buy the perfect house! I HIGHLY recommend them. We are from another area and had been looking for a home in North San Diego County for almost 2 years with other agents, but when we switched to Lori and Bailee we found success! The housing market is tight and they helped us through a very competitive and difficult negotiation for our new home purchase.
