Blake was an excellent agent and helped us sell our home in record time. He was willing to meet with us to discuss concerns and questions we had before signing any contract and gave us time to talk to other agents without pressuring us into a decision. He was always quick to communicate, usually via text or email, but it worked for us. He didn't mind when we asked questions he probably got asked a million times a day and never seemed bothered when we'd message him. He communicated with us frequently, even after we had moved out of town and were still finishing the selling process. When negotiating offers, he knew what we would want and was able to move forward without having to wait on us to get back to him about anything, which was nice and allowed the process to move much quicker than expected. He is extremely knowledgeable of the community, has a ton of great connections, and is a very pleasant and popular person to work. Highly recommend!
