My husband & I reside in California. Around the first of this year we became interested in owning property in Gulfport/ Biloxi area. While looking @ Condos on line, I entered my phone # to gain access to even more information. I received a call from Malinda Calhoun @ Coast Reality just checking in & could she assist me with anything? I gave her information as to what we were looking for & when we would fly back.We met in May 2019 and she gladly picked us up @ our hotel & had opened her week up 100% to accommodate us since time was a factor. Within 3 days we had seen enough condos to make a great decision. She stayed on target, & followed our wishes. Malinda never tried to change what we wanted. She helped us with details about the purchase since we had questions about Mississippi rules. She negotiated our purchase within 3 days, & set us for a 30 day closing. We returned to California & received all the closing documents on time.Would we refer Malinda Calhoun to everyone, YES ! Would we use her services again, ABSOLUTELY !Was this a great experience, 100%.. We decided to move from our home in Snellville, Georgia to Biloxi Mississippi. My husbands retirement and tiring of the frantic pace of Metro Atlanta spurred the move.
