If there were more than 5 stars, Sandra would get them! My husband and I met Sandra at one of her open houses and mentioned that we were going to put our beach home on the market and she happened to be familiar with our house because she showed some of her clients a house that was next door to ours! Before we knew it, Sandra came by our home the same day to look at our house and gave us very valuable feedback! Of course we asked her to be our listing agent and never regretted that decision for a moment! We had an offer on our home within 3 days, all because of a video feature called aEURoematter portaEUR? that Sandra had her photographer use. The person who bought our house lived 4 hours away and couldnt drive to see the house in person and was able to tour our house using this specific type of video. Trust me it is not the typical video tour that most Real Estate agencies use, it is very high tech and makes you feel like you are actually in the house! There was a lot of drama that occurred despite the quick sale, due to hurricane Florence which came through Topsail Island, NC and hovered there, and with that we lost some roof tiles. No damage to the inside of the house, however, the buyer wanted the roof fixed, it was difficult finding a roofer because just about everyone needed a roofer. Somehow, Sandra found one, because she is remarkable! There were many, many more hiccups that occurred, and which were not easy to deal with, but Sandra was our champion, she stood by us and helped us every step of the way! If you are looking for an agent to sell your home, I highly, highly recommend Sandra! She is by far one of the most professional, knowledgeable and kindest person that you could ever want meet or have as an agent! She also helped us find another home inland!
