Demetria was awesome! Exactly what we needed! We were not from the area but fell in love with Wilmington. We hopped on a phone call to discuss what we were looking for, price range, etc. Demetria showed us the properties we were interested in, but also ones that fit our needs but may not have been in our initial search criteria. In the end we found a home we loved in a great location... and it wasnt something we would have looked at on our own. During the buying process Demetria was always extremely responsive, and kept us in the loop on everything we needed to get done, as well as how we could go about contacting other services we needed for our plans for the house. She fiercely negotiates for her clients and makes your purchase hers as well... meaning she is empathetic to her buyers and treats it as if it was her own buying experience. Would 100% recommend and will use again when needed!

We cannot say enough positive things about Demetria! Her work ethic is impeccable. She even offered to show us a home after dental surgery!! She knows the Wilmington area, seemingly every part of it having grown up there. We were from out of town and had her showing us all different types of listings. We honestly did not know what we wanted as we were shopping for another family member. What could hv been a frustrating scenario for many realtors (and was for us) she just treated as a challenge. In fact, I was so impressed with her efforts, I called her broker and told him how hard she had worked for us during the process. It took about a month of looking daily to find a place. I would text her late at night and early morning some times bc the market in Wilmington was so crazy. We had her traveling all over it seemed and she was more than willing. Always pleasantly upbeat and ever so determined, she knows what she is doing! We would definitely use her again if we are in need in NC. Extremely nice and down to earth, honest and trustworthy!
