We first heard about Coastal Properties when we were mailed flyers about Gary Goldberg's listings he had sold. Quick research on him let us to know he was familiar with the Carpinteria and Montecito market. When we decided to put our Carpinteria home on the market, we interviewed him. Up against another agent (whom we have an acquittance relationship with), we choose Gary. His focus on the Carpinteria and Montecito market, plans for a quick sale, marketing procedure, professionalism, and the overall feeling he was a guy we would want to to work alongside sealed the deal.Selling of our home was a breeze. Our best interests were taking into account. Selling was a top-notch experience. Buying a home on the other hand, took a few months. But once we did find the perfect home, Gary was swift to get us the house. Again with our best interests in mind. In both the selling and buying process we found the stress to be minimal, communication was often, his service was all inclusive (from recommendations on inspectors, booking inspectors, ease of signing paperwork, etc), and we enjoyed our time with Gary and his team. It's been a pleasure working with Gary and his team (Martha, Eric, and Deanna). Gary was always attentive, professional, and friendly. I would whole heartedly recommend him as an agent and I will use Coastal Properties when we decide to buy/sell again. Nothing but gold stars to Gary Goldberg! So thankful!
