Sunny is an absolute professional. I was living in Nevada and searching for a house in Florida, no easy task especially with COVID travel difficulties. Sunny made my experience stress free and easy. She is very responsive and timely with communication, which made seeing homes virtually so much easier. She was also able to navigate any hurdles for me throughout the bidding/closing process, which allowed me to focus on my move across the country. I completely trusted Sunny, so much so that I purchased my home having only seen it via FaceTime and videos. When I showed up to my house, as the owner, for the first time there were no surprises. It was just as I thought it would be. This is all due to Sunny taking the time to ensure I saw and understood everything, and that I had no questions left unanswered. I would 100% recommend Sunny to anybody and will use her again in the future if I decide to buy/sell another home.
