Agi Anderson assisted me with selling my rental property in Cocoa Beach, Florida, while I was living out of the country. After the tenants moved out, I was advised of a major plumbing problem and Agi took videos to communicate with me so I could see the problem in various stages and what needed to be done. In the end, she saved me a lot of money with her recommendation on how to sell as is, and make the property still marketable. She assisted with overseeing repairs, arranged for a pre-sale 4-point inspection, and coordinated clean up from Hurricane Irma. She regularly updated me with market changes to keep the price competitive and used video and social media to market my property. Agi, then successfully negotiated inspection issues. With all of this, I was still able to sell and close in ninety-three (93) days.
