We had our home on the market for over a year with another agent - price range 2.7 million . My husband and I are professionals with a busy schedule .We were very disappointed at the lack of showings with our previous agent- we relied on our previous agent to price the home for sale . . We interviewed several top agents in town and Steve was the only one that came prepared with his lap top , knew we grieved our taxes got a great result , knew what permits were opened vs closed.
