If you are a home buyer, and you are looking for an agent that will work tirelessly on your behalf to ensure that you get to see that 1 day-old listing before any of your competition, snoop out the low-down on a seller's situation, and help you navigate the complicated (and chaotic) world of real estate on Long Island, then Eileen is the girl for you. Likewise, if you are a home seller, and you are looking for an agent that will get the word out about your property quickly and expeditiously, engage prospective buyers, and ensure you walk away from your closing transaction a happy camper; Eileen is up to task. Diligence is Eileen's watchword, she will not for a moment leave you in the dark. My wife and I entrusted her to represent our interests in the purchase of our home, and having been so impressed with how hard she worked for us, it was only natural to enlist her services in the sale of our condo. Eileen did not disappoint us in any respect - she remained cheerfully willing to entertain our requests on what felt like a never-ending search, until we found 'the one.' At no point did she ever pressure us to make a decision, and at no point did we sense our search was becoming burdensome to her.I can say with relative certainty that without Eileen's help, we would probably either 1.)
