Mandy was great!!!! After a few bad experiences with other realtors, a family member referred her to me, as she just bought a house a few years back and had nothing but good things to say about Mandy. She was great from day one, she gave great advice and feedback. We had an interesting two family situation, that was no problem for her. The process started off great then slowed due to COVID-19 and Mandy took every phone call and responded to every text. It was my first home so I was very stressed and she helped so much, but with the added stress and delay from covid. She was such a helpful resource, advocate, and just someone to vent and help talk me down. Even helped mediate with my lawyer, who wasnt good at emailing back. After everything she did to help make this process easier, she even went out of her way to have a sign made for me as a house warming gift. I am so grateful that she was referred to us, as we needed her knowledge, patients, and experience.
