Andrew is a real estate whiz. It is not news that the current market isn't doing sellers any favors, and discouragement was an understatement for me and my wife. However, we came up on top working with Andrew. His expertise and common sense helped us decide to sell our house in lieu of renting, and all in the midst of a stressful military move overseas. His relentless negotiations during the process helped sell the property at the value we wanted. His promises are never met short, and are very realistic. Do not expect any fairytale stories coming from Andrew, his expectations are based on facts. Andrew never faltered when we called with a concern and was always very thorough and motivated. In conclusion we finished the year with a huge win and huge load off our shoulders, because of the agent we chose to work with. Thank you Andrew for marking this positive chapter in our lives! We were very lucky to find Andrew and his team. I have never before experience a real estate team that work for extremely and deification to their customers. Andrew and his team were always in constant communication with us and was always honest with us about the housing market and what the reality of the market and how that made changes to our listing. They went above and beyond any expeditions we had from the pre listing, listing, final sale of the house and finding a new home for my ex wife which I had told to Andrew she is the priority for getting a home of her own and he did exactly that. I more than highly recommend Andrew and his team. When the time comes for me to buy a new home Andrew and his team is who I will be working with. I bought my very first home with Andrew. It was incredibly daunting to wade into the housing market and purchase my first home in the current state of the real estate market. It is not a buyer's market and having never bought a home, I did not have any advantages with personal experience. Andrew's experience turned out to be my advantage. His advice during the offer process was key to getting my offer accepted on the house I wanted. He communicated by telephone with me daily during the critical offer and closing phases, and was frequently in contact via either phone, email, or text during the time in between. There was never a moment I did not know what was next and what was expected of me. Although it is not typical, and he probably wouldn't want me to set the bar so high, but it is a fact that Andrew helped me get the first house I put an offer on and we closed on time just 30 days later. This was incredibly important as I needed to get out of the apartment I was in or sign another expensive short term lease to continue looking. Andrew was recommended to me by a friend and co-worker, and I will surely recommend him on to my friends should they be looking for a Realtor.
