Andrea is a true professional. I had read previous reviews about how nice she is, and they were spot on. She truly is the nicest and kindest person you will ever meet. From the beginning she sat with us to explain the entire buying process. Before we met her, we would meet with different agents at each property we wanted to see, but were not able to find anything we truly liked. Then we figured we would call a local agent (we were looking in Putnam Valley and she lives there) and finding her was the best thing to happen to us during our search! She asked us to meet at her office, which was a bit awkward for us, but now I understand why. She had an entire folder ready for us with information on the property we asked her to show us, as well as the house buying process. She first explained the process from beginning to end, and then she drove us around the neighborhood. She showed us where the school is, her favorite deli, even the nail salon! It really helped us get a feel for the neighborhood. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything in terms we would understand. Can't wait for our next outing to see the homes you have suggested and find our dream home. We have learned so much just meeting with you that one time, we feel we really need you to know how much we appreciate how much you care. Thank you for being our "real estate teacher"!!!

How to begin to describe the exceptional service provided by Andrea during my house buying process? I'm a first time home buyer and from the very beginning I noticed Andreas reliability, dependability and efficiency. Andrea was always willing and able to answer all of my questions and concerns- which were plenty. In all honestly, I felt Andreas hand guiding me through the process and made me feel comfortable having her by my side. I must mention that she was working as a dual agent for both the seller and myself which I appreciated she clearly disclosing. The way in which Andrea managed to represent the seller and the buyer, providing the support and assistance needed by both parties was remarkable. Andrea is wise beyond her years and title.
