Mark was a pleasure to work with in every way. Our home search was probably a little longer than most, at about three years. We actually had to move out of the Orlando area for awhile before we were ready to commit to a purchase. That didnt deter Mark. He was full of information and insight throughout the entire process, even as our needs and budget changed. His knowledge of the area was crucial in finding a community I may not have found on my own. Once we made an offer, the communication didnt stop, as Mark made sure to check in at many points along the way to closing. As this was a new build, he even provided progress photos and drone shots of the home to keep us informed and updated. He was also full of great advice during the last minute issues that came up as we approached our closing date. He put me at ease during a very stressful time, and I cant recommend him enough.
