Poor service, canceled an appointment at the last minute and never contacted us back. After a while of not hearing from this Agent, I initiated contact to let her know that since she canceled our appointment with no explanation and did not contact us back even though she knew we were on a deadline, I had to find a home in her absence. To make a long story short, she was supposed to receive payment from us on the day of our appointment (which she canceled abruptly with no explanation or follow-up) for the credit reports AND background checks. The background checks were NEVER completed and I told that I would have to pay $41 to begin with for all those services. The company doing the background checks did not take cc payments and this agent paid for the services from her own account, at an amount I never agreed to pay. Later, I discovered that the only service that was performed was the pulling of our credit reports...NO Background checks were ever performed! I tried explaining to her that I should not have to pay for services that were not rendered and that I should only owe her half of what she was asking for, but she was insistent that I owed her the amount of money SHE agreed to pay the company that was supposed to do the credit AND background checks. After acknowledging with me over the phone that she knew they never did the background checks, she, in a follow-up phone call recanted, stating that the services were performed and she demanded full payment, even sending me a threatening text stating remember, I still have your credit reports. This was handled unprofessionally from the beginning and I am incredibly disappointed in her lack of professionalism.
