We met David approximately a year ago while searching for our first home. We had met many different agents prior to David, whom we didn't like too much. When we finally met David, we knew he's the agent we wanted to work with. David too his time with us, never pushing us to JUST buy. At points when we were losing hope and ready to just buy anything, he kept us optimistic. He reminded us that our home is out there, and that we will find it no matter how long it took. When we finally found the perfect home, David worked his magic to make the deal happen. He negotiated with the seller to get us the best deal possible, and believe me, he preformed a miracle. Despite our financial difficulties, David supported us until our dream came true. He even went above and beyond his dumas an agent, helping us with so much more when it came to our new home. David is an excellent agent, NUMBER 1, and a wonderful, caring human being. Any body would be luck to work with such a person.
