Justin is about as good as it gets as far as Realtors go, and I couldn't recommend him more highly to represent buyers or sellers. We were buying our first home in Lake Balboa, Justin's main area and where he is an expert. The sellers? were truly aweful self-centered people that made the transaction very difficult for us, and in the end they left a HUGE pile of their junk and trash against the outside of our house for us to deal with the day we got our keys. What started as a very difficult first day in our new home soon turned into our COMPLETE AWE as Justin not only ordered a trash bin and took care of the mess, he and his wife came and personally loaded all the junk into the bin for us. He had no obligation in any way to do this, and 99% of realtors would never have gone this extra mile. We were BLOWN AWAY. Most Realtors don't have this much dedication to making sure people have a good experience, and Realtors typically don't care as much as Justin does. In every detail he is service oriented, and wants a positive experience for his clients. He was a complete pleasure to work with during the transaction, we would hire him for our next sale for sure, and VERY highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best real estate professional in the area.
