Lisa Santilli is an unbelievably smart, strategic, and savvy realtor. She is a remarkable professional with many admirable accolades. What we loved most about Lisa from the very beginning was her humble and kind demeanor. She doesn't overwhelm her clients with the buying and selling process. Lisa takes her time to get to know her client, stays unbiased, and does her best to remove as much of the stress of the selling process from her clients. She does so by being extremely organized with each step of the process, from house photos, to hiring a stager, to preparing documents for the listing of the home. She is well-versed in the various marketing vehicles in todays world; not just relying on online MLS listings to get the word out, but also promoting homes via social media, which is a popular and proven platform in todays society. When Lisa sold our condo, a neighbor stated they never had seen so many cars at a condo open-house; he said it got him and others to think about selling their place too. Lisa knocked it out of the park! Lisa is always connected as well, which was very important to us, especially on the buying side in this difficult market. Whenever we wanted to view a home or find out more details about a new listing, Lisa was on top of it right-a-way. She has the sense-of-urgency one needs in todays buying market, and she is also very skillful and trustworthy with her offer strategies. Thanks to Lisa, we were able to sell our condo over asking price, and buy our dream home! The timing and execution of both selling and buying aligned perfectly. I chose Lisa Santilli as my realtor in spring 2010 when I sold my older home in North Reading Massachusetts. Aside from her excellent experience, qualifications, and the extensive market analysis she did for my home, Lisas friendly personality and sincerity lead to to me choosing her. It was a complicated sale in that I moved out of state a week before the listing publicized. The house was essentially empty, but Lisa arranged to have it staged so that it had a warm feeling while still showing off its size and features. There were a few cosmetic issues Lisa felt would be worth the effort to have addressed and she arranged for them to be taken care of in no time at all. The online listing looked great, and the response to it and the initial showing proved it. The house was under agreement quickly. Later that spring there was tremendous flooding in North Reading in spring 2010, and Lisa made many trips to the house to be sure the basement was not getting flooded, even though the house was equipped with a remote-alert basement water detector. I got an email letting me know each time she did - Lisa just had to be sure the house was safe, and wanted me to be at ease as well. She personally facilitated many visits by multiple parties including the buyer, fire inspector, radon mitigation and septic systems installers. For any challenge that old house sent our way, Lisa found a quick solution, or had excellent recommendations for one. All through the process Lisa was fabulous at keeping me informed from afar at how the sale was proceeding with phone calls and emails from her blackberry, home or office. I do not think anyone could have gone any further or worked any harder to get the house sold. Lisa Santilli went above and beyond, and has my deepest gratitude and highest admiration for it.

Realizing it was time to downsize was a difficult reality to face. Having raised our four children in the beautiful town of North Reading and now with 3 out of 4 of them living out of state downsizing was the right decision. I was on my own and had no idea what was entailed in the process of selling my house. I chose Lisa Santilli as my listing agent and was not disappointed! The house was going to go on the market in February and Lisa arranged to have professional photographs and drone photography done on the outside of my house during the summer to highlight my pool and yard. I was advised all along the way how to prepare my house to be the best it could be to maximize the opportunity to get the best offer possible.
