I met Karen during a very difficult time in my life. I was a single parent looking for a rental and she was the agent for the first house I looked at. Due to no fault of hers, the deal fell through. She realized I needed to find a place quickly and continued to help me even though I wasn?t a client of hers. In this day and age this is just unheard of that a real estate agent would work so hard for me, when I wasn?t selling, buying nor did I have a contract with her to be my agent. As the deals kept falling through we were frustrated and disappointed, but she continued to help me look. I even switched gears thinking that buying might be an option. She referred me to a great lender and sent me real estate listings. After much indecisiveness trying to decide whether to rent or buy, Karen helped me in whatever way she could, quickly switching gears from buying and back to renting. She finally found me a rental via some friends of hers, which made the transition even easier. I am newly separated with two kids and she was very kind and compassionate to the changes going on in our lives. She was always very supportive, friendly and positive and she made me feel like she not only cared about the business relationship, but also the personal relationship she was making. She was quick to respond to all of my requests and always worked around my schedule, never being too busy to do whatever she could to make it easy on me. When we were setting up our new services for the house she even offered to meet our propane delivery truck knowing that I worked out of the area, as well as adding my name to her satellite service in order to save me $100. In fact, the day before we moved in we were notified that our delivery of propane had to be made immediately because there wasn?t enough propane to get us through the weekend we moved. When I found this out I was very worried, but she arranged everything and the propane was delivered without me having to be there. This was a last minute crisis that I didn?t need on top of everything else happening, but she took care of everything, leaving me with peace of mind. I don?t know of anyone else who would go the extra mile like she did on many occasions. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone for their real estate needs. I will never use anyone else because I know that Karen will make the process personal and wonderful.
