There are people who talk and people that deliver. Claire is an intelligent and dedicated professional that delivers. I met with several agents before meeting Claire and it was like night and day. Claire came prepared and even before signing with her, she had a good idea of what needed to be done (my dad's house needed some work) while keeping within my budget. She was open and honest about everything; do yourself a favor and listen to her. She is knowledgeable about the market, and she also has a network of good contractors that do quality work. I never had to call her or text her twice. She was always there day or night. She takes her job seriously and goes the extra mile. I live out of state, so she supervised and coordinated the work of the contractors and she kept me up to date. Her good sense and advice are right on target. Her marketing skills paid off: the house got an offer within two weeks of listing at the asking price. She knows what she's doing. You won't hear her bragging or giving you hollow speeches (like I got from other agents). She focuses on the key issues and gets them done. She is also a decent person and a pleasure to know. Prior to the sale, my dad was in a situation where people close to him took advantage of his dementia. She was disgusted when I told her the details and I think it drove her even harder working with us to help him in every way. I am truly grateful I found her and I am keeping her card to pass it on to the next lucky seller.

If I could give a 100 star rating, I would have. Upon first meeting and speaking with Claire, she and her staff provided all services through the entire process of selling my house with EXCELLENCE! She was professional, courteous, warm, friendly, knowledgeable, very dependable, trustworthy, competent & her phenomenal presentation won me over 100 times.
