Craig was incredibly helpful to me and my big family throughout the house search and purchasing process. He advised us carefully on the quality and pluses and minuses of different homes we looked at and helped us ask the right questions about each home. He walked me through the purchase process, gave me closing cost estimates, and helped with negotiations for the agreement. He set a reasonable closing date at the end of the month in the contract, which helped minimize costs. He answered my texts and phone calls efficiently and thoroughly. He conveyed my questions to the sellers and got answers right away. He also helped me find a title company and a home inspector. Craig stuck with us through closing and beyond, answering questions and helping set us up with utilities, pool education and such. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
