All the aspects needed to be a Real Estate Agent / Broker, Alex has them. He doesn't give you just attention, he gives you personal Attention one case at a time...This was the 6th Property Alex sold for us, so now I am not just talking as a homeowner, but also as an investor, so he gets both sides of the story, investors side and homeowners side. Which is golden. He has created more than once, a win win, from situations which would've failed from the get go.....he got them to closing for us.Some of the other pro, 30 yr top producers of the year realtors, this & that achievement award realtors, we dealt with sent newbies to OPEN HOUSES and we always always always go into them posing as buyers we get told multiple things like "oh yeah, the house doesn't have a garage it got added in....whereas you clearly see one right there" or like "yeah this house could have a few better things.....but you can always upgrade"....they should be given a things not to say to live your life / to disrespect your buyers/sellers/employers........... but Alex's agents will come in and preview the house the previous day make sure they meet homeowners and get pertinent details/ questions answered.....thats the professional difference I am talking about.......he doesn't TALK about Real Estate, he IS about Real Estate.
