We started three years ago with a vision of moving to citrus county. Sherry showed us our first house in the Dunnellon area. From the start she was prepared with all information and had a wonderful positive personality. Through that year she showed us numerous homes. She answered our questions (which were a lot) and if she did not have the answer, she would always look into it and get right back to us. She would meet with us on a Saturday or a Sunday which was important to us and our schedule. At the third year of looking and three towns later we figured she didn't believe we were serious. That was far from the case. Each meeting was like meeting with family. We honestly believe she was as excited as we were! The actual purchasing process can seem stressful, but Sherry was there every step of the way. If we do any more real estate transactions whether buying or selling we will contact Sherry Potts. If anyone ever asks for a recommendation we will recommend her with confidence.
