We worked with Andria on a foreclosed property not knowing what to expect, but we need not have worried! Andria handled all the details and was diligent and persistent in making sure all required deadlines, sign-offs and fees were appropriate. In fact, she even secured us a 100$ refund for a fee she believed unreasonable! We were lucky to have her as the property is a dream for us - an equestrian property for our retirement hobby - and we wouldn't have been comfortable putting in the type of bid we did without her guidance. For example, we didn't ask for survey or perk test as a requirement which gave us a competitive edge in winning the property because she knew the development so well that we didn't worry about title issues or ability to build.We are building our dream today thanks to Andria!
