Amy is the best!!! We relocated from Atlanta to the Westfield area in June of 2019. I reached out to The Indy Home Team back in October of 2018 when we found out we were relocating to the area. Amy answered a million of my questions and listened to what was important for our family in our next home. When we came to go house hunting in April, Amy knew immediately what would work for our family. She humored me and let us go see houses I had picked out online on the first day, before totally switching gears and showing us houses that we actually loved on the second day. The area of town I thought I was set on (Fishers) turned out not to be the best location for our family. And the area I refused to look at initially (Westfield) had exactly what we wanted and what she had suggested in the first place. I trusted her so much after that first house hunting weekend, that I submit an offer on our home in Westfield site unseen!!! I was already back in Atlanta when we placed our offer. Amy was great walking through homes and sending me videos and photos throughout our search. She made our negotiations seamless and we got an amazing deal for the area. I would recommend Amy again in a heartbeat and I?ll be referring her to anyone I know that is looking for a house in the Indianapolis area. She made our relocation a breeze! Thank you, Amy!!
