Andrew was a great agent to work with! He took the time to really understand what my wife and I were both looking for in our first home without being pushy or annoying (we had so many realtors calling us and sending out email blasts that didnt fit with what we were looking for). Although my wife and I had so many questions during the whole buying experience, Andrew was always responsive to our calls (which was very important to me, especially when making such a stressful decision in purchasing a home), and really made us feel like he genuinely cared about our needs rather than the sale. In the end, Andrew helped us negotiate the purchase price below asking price, and we closed within 30 days. The professionalism that Andrew put forth for us, really made the process much easier than the nightmare stories weve heard about purchasing a home from friends and family. We feel very fortunate and blessed to be living in our new dream home, and cant thank Andrew enough for being so supportive, responsive, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. After closing, Andrew even decided to stop by and check on us to see how we were doing with the move-in. We were in the middle of our first DIY home project (replacing new flooring), and I was blown away when he rolled up his sleeves, changed his shoes, and started helping us with installing the new flooring. Now that is what going above and beyond which confirmed he cares about clients. For my wife and I, Andrew has become more than just a real estate agent, hes become someone we see as a friend. We couldnt be happier with Andrew, and wanted to let him and future homebuyers know, that hes a one of a kind agent that really cares about his clients. We are definitely recommending him to any of our friends and family in the future. Great job Andrew!
