What a terrible experience. Our house was on the market for an extended period of time, and Christopher did a terrible job in helping us find the market value. Basic procedures in closing were completely botched, and if we hadn't gone through the closing documents ourselves with a fine toothed comb we would have lost almost $2000 on a sale that we were already taking a beating on. As we adjusted prices the web site for our home wasn't updated, nor were the fliers in front of the house. Christopher seems to specialize in rehabbed homes that have had a lot of work put into them and usually sell themselves. For properties with a little more wear or those in need of some love, he's completely unqualified to appraise and sell them. Based on the recommendation of a trusted friend he seems like a capable buyer's agent, but look elsewhere for a seller's agent if you need brutal honesty about what your home is worth and how to get it to sell.
