I started working with Kim after a casual conversation about wishing for a new home. She picked up on what my wants were for a home and she incorporated what she's seen on the market without expectation that we'd go see the property. Any movement we made to see a place was at my request and I never felt pressured to go for something that wasn't what I wanted. I had in mind what I wanted, and we would visit properties that were ok, but never the "ah this is it" place, until the day she casually suggested a condo in town that though we were looking for a single family she felt would fit our wants. We walked into the unit and it immediately felt like home, we found what we were looking for. If she hadn't suggested viewing it, we would have missed out on finding the perfect home for us. During the sale process she was proactive in our best interest; she put us in touch with a local bank lender that is the perfect fit for us, as well as the utilities and professionals that support the sales process. She has established relationships in the professional community that allowed us to have the smoothest purchase process I could imagine. I highly recommend Kim Lorden for sales or purchases based on her approachable personality and professionalism that sets the tone for a smooth experience all around.
