I was very fortunate when my mortgage broker recommended Kristina McCann. My previous long-time agent had retired. I'd been looking for a new house on my own, hoping to connect with a terrific agent, but nobody quite fit. It's important to find an agent who puts your best interests and desires first.Kristina is exceptional in many ways. She listens to what her client wants and respects it. Not that she won't encourage you to broaden your horizons, but she never pushes. Then she scours the market for suitable homes.When I found a house was perfect with one major flaw, I bid a low. Kristina was a magnificent negotiator with the other agent. When I hesitated because of that flaw, she backed off and said that the decision had to be entirely mine; that she would work hard to get me what I wanted but the choice was mine alone. After a lifetime of buying or selling different homes and investment properties, it's rare agent who can watch a client choose to let a deal go and not show regret or disappointment.When I finally found the house I wanted to buy, every step of the transaction with a devious seller was difficult. Then it failed in escrow because of the lingering cloud of issues that had been settled in the past. Kristina hung in there working like nobody else, approaching different title companies and trying to appeal the irrational decision to the people at the top. She also researched long ago owners and lawyers from the past and tried to clear things up from that direction. Kristina fights for her clients with her whole heart. Finally she found a title company that would insure the property and everything went through successfully. Most agents would have quit long before.Completing the sale was not the end. Since the house needed work she was a wealth of resources for contractors and other professional help.She stays in touch to make sure that things are going smoothly.Someday I'll sell my current home, and I know that I can count on Kristina to help polish the house to its finest and negotiate brilliantly.

Kristina is a "rare" find in today's RE market. Just to name a few of many qualities Kristina possess: honesty, integrity, intelligence and excellent negotiating skills. We are so fortunate to find Kristina and she's able to individualize a plan to meet all of our RE needs.
