Being a first time home buyer is always intimidating, but especially so these days. My husband and I looked to buy in our downtown Jersey City neighborhoid on and off since 2016, but never found anything remotely decent within our price range. Living in the Grove street area of Jersey City sets the bar high if one is looking for convenience, diversity, proximity to businesses and safety. We thought that we waited too long to buy and are already priced out of the area, but decided to give one more try. Johanna happened to be one of the agents we met with to discuss our options, but so quickly took the lead by making us feel comfortable and confident with the process, that within the first few viewings we decided to only work with her. Johanna is the ultimate pro, a master in her craft. She is so knowledgable in the smallest of details, so well connected in the real estate community and so incredibly helpful every step of the way, that without her guidance and expert recommendations I doubt that we would have bought our very first house (we got the keys yesterday). She quickly recognized and respected our style and property preference, and was generous with time and options until we zeroed down on the type of real estate we like. She introduced us to every critical player in the home buying process and was there for us day and night, not giving up even when we did, thinking we're not going to get a final loan approval. I never thought I'll ever be the owner of a townhouse- our very own brownstone in an up and coming neighborhood, but with Johanna's support and guidance our dreams came through. I cannot recommend Johanna and her team enough and am looking forward to our next real estate venture, so we can work with her again. Thanks for everything!

I am working with Johanna Fine for past 3-4 months and waiting for our apt closing now :) She is super professional/enthusiastic/energetic real estate agent, with client interest in mind all the time. Heard that other agents push hard for buying, after showing 2-4 places. Johanna showed us so many apts, before we could finalise our dream apt. She gave her honest and expert advice on many areas and helped us finalise the area. We were all over the place and had no idea about exact area. She spent lot of time/efforts in understanding/reading our mind and came up with exact requirements. Johanna was very quick on sending the current listings and always available on apt showing. She also dropped us home all of the times. She was so prompt on email/text that I never felt alone in my 1st apt purchase. I was a very tough customer with so many tough questions/concerns/issues about everything, she always answered and tolerated my questions. She helped us negotiate the offer and looked at our interest first being buyers attorney. Because of her hard work/dedication, we are close to buying our apt.
