I have to say I cannot speak more highly of Emma Perez. We met with Emma and we spoke with her about purchasing our forever home and from that meeting we could see how knowledgeable she was. From that moment until closing everything went absolutely flawless. This experience from buying witch is very stressful went on without a hitch. Every single person she interested us to and we got worked with was absolutely fantastic. From the. The team people she had working with work incredible from the office to the closing team, lender and insurance. We where able to purchase our home in less than 2 months. In this market I consider us to be extremely lucky to be able to do the but I know with out about that Daniela and the team of people around here fought for us the ENTIRE way. All I can say, is do your self a favor and hire her and here team. I promise you that you'll absolutely not regret it.

We just closed on our house and couldnt be happier. Emeline was a pleasure to work with from the start. As first-time homebuyers, we deeply appreciated the time she and her associate Betania took to meet with us at the start of our search to explain the process of finding and purchasing a home. They listened to our wants and needs and answered our (many, many) questions patiently and in detail. Throughout the process of viewing homes, Emeline made sure to refer back to the things we had specified in our wants and needs, which demonstrated her attention to detail and made us feel very well taken care of. She was extremely flexible with our restrictive schedule, as we were coming from out-of-state for viewings, and was always very responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. We relied on her expertise when making offers and negotiating the purchase of our home and knew she was advocating for us every step of the way.
