My wife and I have been in contact with Elaine on and off for a few years as we were undecided about where we wanted to settle down. When we ultimately decided on the area, Elaine picked up with us right where we left off. In our search this year, we were facing significantly low inventory and intense bidding wars - her help in guiding us through this type of market was incredibly helpful in a pretty stressful time. Among many other areas of help, what I found to be most helpful was Elaine pointing out potential pitfalls with homes that could be costly either immediately or over the long haul - she has a very good understanding of construction and where issues with construction could arise. She spent a lot of time with us - either over video chat when we weren't able to go in person or in person with us - visiting properties. When we ultimately found the home we really wanted, she pushed really hard for us and to put us in a position get the home. Lastly, she was incredibly trustworthy to deal with, and at no point did we ever question that she had our best interests in mind in finding a home for family. We would strongly recommend Elaine to anyone interested in the area!
