Brandy is without a doubt an Amazing Realtor, she is a fast worker, no matter the time nor day she will respond to your texts and calls, its was as if we were reaching out to our best friend. As for her negotiating skills, they left me and my wife in awe, she would negotiate with the home owner, the lawyer and the rest of the team on our behalf. She also has connections with Inspectors, remodeling crews, lawyers, and etc... multiple times through out the process problems would arise from the sellers, and I simply had to mention it to brandy in a text, in which after around 10-30mins of sending text she would respond with *DONE* An surely the situation would be fixed.
