Summary: If I'm going to buy or sell a home, I want it to be with someone who has a lot of experience and useful insight, works hard and is available, and is easy to get along with. Kyle Bilharz exceeds all these requirements for me.Kyle and the hard working team with Stephen Christie helped me purchase my first home (Simi Valley, May 2018). I cannot recommend them enough (and do to friends/coworkers).After starting my search with another realtor, Kyle and Janssen hooked me after first meeting with them. I was fairly demanding during the entire process (which involved dozens of houses and took about 4 months) but Kyle was there to help me every step of the way (meeting me at houses on my schedule and with little heads up, taking my calls/texts, etc., explaining endless questions/concerns I had).Kyle and I looked at dozens of houses and he always impressed me with his insight into the area (Simi Valley), knowledge of home construction/renovations, and his overall attitude (which was always positive).The story I tell potential home buyers/sellers about Kyle is the time I went to fill out some paperwork at their office (w/ Engel & Volkers in Westlake Village) early one morning around 7:30AM. As I went through the office (which houses other real estate teams) I figured they must be closed because no one was in.. until I reached Kyle's offices and his entire team was there. Here was Kyle and the Stephen Christie group working away when every other realtor in the building hadn't even showed up yet. This solidified my view of his/their great work ethic and I knew I was in good hands.Would/will work with again.
