My husband and I were very impressed with Sarah. She was knowledgeable and was always there to answer our questions. She assisted us with buying a townhome and then selling our house. She always let us know how things were going. She was so genuine and we both felt very comfortable with her. She would respond to us anytime of the day and weekends. We give her credit for us finding our new townhome. She was showing us a different townhome which we thought was too small and then said "I have another one to show you". It was perfect and the process started for us to buy the home. We really didn't think winter was a good time to buy or sell our home. She reassured us that it was a good time and there was a need for homes in our price range and she was right. Sarah arranged for us to have our home looked at by a professional house reviewer that gave us suggestions to help sell our home. She gave us good ideas and we followed them and did some much needed updates. Sarah stayed in contact with us until the closing and joined us at the closing. I would refer her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. We referred her to our son and family and they also had great results selling their home. I guess I would say hire her if you're wanting to sell or buy!
