There are really no words to describe how grateful we are to Camela Lathrop for all she did for us! We would not have our dream home at the price we could afford if it wasn't her! Camela's experience as an investor in the Spokane area allowed her to have a variety of "connections" right when we needed them. Some examples would be calling up a local roofer (right then and there!) to get an idea of what it would've cost us to replace a roof on a particular house, or calling out a professional drain inspector to take pictures of our pipes to make sure there were no roots growing into them (literally right then and there in the middle of our home inspection!). She even had the most amazing home inspector who did an incredibly detailed inspection of our home and patiently walked us through it, answering all of our questions. In short, Camela is the total package. She seems to know all the right people and places in Spokane to get the job done right and done immediately. She is also a joy to work with! Her witty sense of humor made the whole process a fun experience from beginning to end! She genuinely cared about us! She was with us for the entire process, at every appointment from beginning to signing papers at the end (and she even brought us our favorite candies!) Also, we never had to wait on her for anything. She answered her texts and calls any time, day or night. and if she couldn't, she would shoot us a text telling us why. We had times when we were looking at homes on the weekends and both she and her lender were readily available to work the figures (even on a Sunday night!) When we finally did find the house we wanted, her negotiating skills were outstanding! We ended up paying a lot less than we ever expected or thought possible! We could go on and on!
