This review comes a little late (sorry guys).. I visited the area awhile back and fell in love with the geography. It's totally worth the commute to Denver! I strolled into Choice Property Brokers, just in passing, looking for information about any available properties in the area... Dave was in the office and we started chatting. He gathered some info and he got to work! He had a couple properties that already fit my description, he also emailed me some search criteria so I could look from home. We looked at or inquired about, what felt like, a ton of homes over the next few weeks. I probably called him everyday, all hours, (haha) asking questions.. Dave knows the area so good, he was able to tell me what was listed, how good of an exposure a particular house has, if I needed to do any work to the place, and whether or not he thought it was priced accordingly, etc., etc.. After looking at a bunch of homes we found an awesome one - we put in our full price offer - but, the other listing agent tried to pull a fast one by accepting our offer AND leaving the house listed trying to generate competing offers..?!.. Dave ended that with a quick phone call! We closed on that one quickly! It was the nicest house I have ever lived in!!.. Sadly, we ended up using Dave and Jung to sell that beautiful house (quickly - for our asking price!). The apartment life didn't work out... it was a bad move - neighbors were loud, bright lights right outside our bedroom window, someone broke into and tried to steal my truck.. that was it.. we were moving back to the mountains!.. We got back with Dave and Jung and they delivered again.. got us into another house with a great view and great southern exposure! This time I wanted a fixer-upper to work on and put our own touches on! We're currently working on this new place, fixing it up and making it our "new awesome best house ever"! Thanks Dave and Jung! Thanks for always making yourselves available and for helping us out on/off the clock! p.s. I'll get those water storage tanks back to you one of these days! hahahahaha
