To put it quite simply, I think Billy is the BEST! I was a first-time home buyer, so of course, I really had no idea what I was doing or how to do it. Billy was patient, understanding, answered all of my silly questions with a big smile on his face, and chauffeured me around town to view more homes than I can remember until we found the perfect one for me. Fast forward a few years; I just recently became a first-time home seller. When I decided to sell my home, I knew I didn't want to do it without Billy. And I'm so glad that I didn't do it without him, because we sold my home in TWO days! He was absolutely on top of communication, with me and with the buyer's realtor, he negotiated beautifully on my behalf to make sure I was getting the best deal for me, he walked me through the process of selling my first home step-by-step, and when it was all said and done, he gave me a big 'ole congratulatory hug for selling my first home! As long as I'm a resident of Lumpkin County and Billy Luesing is in the business of buying and selling homes, he will always be my first phone call! I won't go through the process without him.
