This past summer I had to transfer from Milwaukee, WI to Oxford Maryland for my job in the military. My wife and I were prior renters for the last eight years and decided it was time to buy our first house. We were dealing with very strict time constraints and had no idea where to start. Thankfully were directed to Roger through Veterans United recommended realtors. He made the process EASY with my wife commenting multiple times that this was no where near as stressful as she thought it would be. The reality though is that it is very complicated for a first time homebuyer and Roger was able to simplify it and guide us through the whole process. He answered all of our questions (even after closing) and set us up with a perfect first home. Roger is a true professional and I recommend him highly for anyone interested in buying/selling real estate. My situation was, like many others after the end of a relationship, a stressful one. Having to sell my home that I put my heart and soul into was very tough. It ended up being one of those all too familiar situations where it was built and financed right before the housing market crash. Which left me in a short-sale situation. Roger explained everything and we worked through all of the nuances that go along with a short sale. Roger was very knowledgeable in everything that had to be done between the bank, the buyers and myself. And in the end was one of the quicker and less painful short sale stories. He found great buyers who were very respectful of my situation as was Roger. I'm not sure I would have been able to find another realtor to help me through the process and be honestly concerned for me and my situation. I'd recommend Roger to anyone in need of a realtor - buying or selling he was awesome!
