Chelsea is fabulous! Our Situation: Chelsea helped my husband and I find a house in Savannah while we were living outside of the state. I was amazed at her prompt communication - and she conscientiously included both my husband and I in the search. As transplants we were only vaguely familiar with neighborhoods in Savannah. After speaking with us, Chelsea quickly understood what type of community and home we were looking for, and helped us narrow our search.Equity: Equity is important for buyers like us, who intend to live in the home, and investors. Chelsea was able to find us a gem that we passed over when we searched on Zillow ourselves. (That's why Chelsea's experience was so helpful!) Her negotiation skills --- and FOLLOW THROUGH --- meant we ended up with a home that gave us 25 (!) percent equity on the day we closed.Bottom Line: The market is getting competitive and the opportunities to find a good deal on your dream home are dwindling. Getting a relationship with Chelsea established helped us find a home that we would have never found by ourselves online. Once she showed us the home she was quick to help us make an offer, negotiate the deal, and help us close! It is a joy to work with someone that truly cares about your home search and is not in the profession for a commission check. Chelsea's passion for buyers and their goals is evident in the way she conducts herself and responded to our questions.

My husband and I have both been in business for ourselves for many years, and comment often it's hard to find people that hold themselves to the same standards of excellence we try to maintain in both our professional, as well as personal lives. Chelsea Phillips is such a person. From the moment she met us at the first house we looked at, until the closing of the house we bought, she worked tirelessly to provide us with the kind of service that went beyond the call of a realtor. Chelsea is extremely knowledgeable not only about real estate in general, having grown up in a realty family; but also about her adopted city, Savannah. Chelsea loves Savannah, and her enthusiasm for all things Savannah makes you fall in love with city. I could go on for many more paragraphs, but suffice it to say Chelsea is honest, hardworking, wants what is best for her client, and always acts with the utmost integrity.
