This is going to sound a lot like the other reviews of Brent (and Dana) so apparently they are very consistent at pleasing their clients. We inquired about a property Brent had listed, but was already pending. He was very prompt in getting in touch with us even though the property was under contract. A few days later we spotted another property and decided to call Brent for information. He was very forthright in helping us avoid properties he knew had issues, and like the others have said, very communicative and prompt. This was our 4th home purchase of our lives, and Brent was by far the best agent we've had. And 2 of the others were friends or family of friends. That says a lot I think. Will not think twice to have Brent list our home when the time comes and will refer the new friends we hope to make in Tahoe .
