My husband and I just moved into our dream home and it would not have happened were it not for the excellent work of David Wedgeworth. We worked with David for 3-4 years looking for the right lot and location. David was extremely patient and diligent and showed us lots of options before one day calling and saying ?I think this is it?. As often happens, we wound up in a competitive bid situation and David?s sound and savvy advice allowed us to procure the property. We would have expected that after we closed that David?s work would end, but we could not have been more mistaken. His extensive knowledge of the community and the island proved to be incredibly beneficial as he introduced us to several architects and builders whom he felt would be good candidates for us. Again, we thought that after the referrals, his work would end but again we were mistaken. He participated in the meetings with the builders and architects as he had gotten to know what was important to us. His council proved to be very valuable in deciding and building the team. We always felt that David was keenly focused on helping us to design and build the house we envisioned. I cannot describe how pleased we have been not just with the identification and negotiation assistance, but also the input and advice that David provided. If we were to ever be in the market to buy or sell another home in Hilton head choosing to work with David and his team again would be a very easy decision.
